Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

INGREDIENTS

4g Salt
150g Eggs
160g Sugar
50g Bensdorp DSR Cocoa Powder
24g Double Star Baker Baking Powder
200g Chocolate Chips
300g All Purpose Flour
200g Mohrenglanz Dark (Dip)
225g Butter Dreams Margarine

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 ⁰.
  2. Sift all-purpose flour, Double Star Baker baking powderBensdorp DSR and blend well.
  3. In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, cream together Butter Dreams Margarine, sugar
    and salt over medium speed. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Put the mixer into low speed and add in flour mixture. Lastly add the chocolate chips.
  5. Scale it to desired weight and place it to cookie sheet and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
  6. Let it cool, then dip one side of the cookie to melted Mohrenglanz Dark and let it set.
