Doughnut
INGREDIENTS:
1000 g All Purpose Flour
150 g Sugar
15 g Salt
150 g Sugar

5 g Magimix Yellow
3 g Baker’s Bonus
10 g Saf-Instant Yeast Gold
100 g Butter Dreams Margarine
50g Whole Egg
500g (+/-) Water
3 g Baker’s Bonus
10 g Saf-Instant Yeast Gold
100 g Butter Dreams Margarine
50g Whole Egg
500g (+/-) Water
PROCEDURE:
- In a dough mixer, mix all ingredients except Butter Dreams Margarine. When the dough becomes partially developed, add Butter Dreams Margarine and continue mixing until fully developed.
- Divide the dough into 40g each, round, and let it rest for about 15 minutes in lightly dusted table.
- Punch a hole in the middle of the dough using your finger and slowly stretch the dough until it forms a ring shape.
- Let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil for about 180°C.
- Fry the dough for minute on both sides or until light golden brown in color. Remove from pan and let it cool over a tray lined with absorbent paper.
- Coat the top with Mohrenglanz Dark, spinkle with Krokella and glaze with Decor Gold.

- Krokella – Puffed rice, roasted, coated with sugar for decoration or used as sprinkling decoration.
- Decor Gold – concentrated gold coloured food colour paste for colouring and decorating.
