Log Cake

125g – Cake Flour
125g Refined Sugar
1g Iodized Salt
2.5g Double Star Baker Baking Powder
10g S-Mix Cake Emulsifier
200g Whole Eggs
25g Water
30g Oil
15g  Favorite Flavocol Chocolate


  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and beat at low speed to moisten the mixture.
  2. Turn the mixer at high speed for 5 minutes until mixture becomes fluffy, turn at low speed.
  3. Add gradually the oil, fold it until well incorporated.
  4. Deposit onto paper lined rectangular pan (13in x 18in) and bake at 185°C/370°F.
  5. Baking time: 8-12 minutes
  6. Deposit into prepared pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let it cool before frosting.


250g Butter Dreams Margarine
50g Fresh Milk
50g Schokobella Dark
250g – Bianka MB Buttercream Base


  1. Cream Bianka MB and Butter Dreams Margarine.
  2. Gradually add fresh milk, beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Schokobella until well incorporated.
