Log Cake

MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE:
125g – Cake Flour
125g – Refined Sugar
1g – Iodized Salt
2.5g – Double Star Baker Baking Powder
10g – S-Mix Cake Emulsifier
200g – Whole Eggs
25g – Water
30g – Oil
15g – Favorite Flavocol Chocolate

 

PROCEDURE:
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and beat at low speed to moisten the mixture.
  2. Turn the mixer at high speed for 5 minutes until mixture becomes fluffy, turn at low speed.
  3. Add gradually the oil, fold it until well incorporated.
  4. Deposit onto paper lined rectangular pan (13in x 18in) and bake at 185°C/370°F.
  5. Baking time: 8-12 minutes
  6. Deposit into prepared pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let it cool before frosting.

 

BUTTER CREAM ICING:
250g – Butter Dreams Margarine
50g – Fresh Milk
50g – Schokobella
250g – Bianka MB

 

PROCEDURE:
  1. Cream Bianka MB and Butter Dreams Margarine.
  2. Gradually add fresh milk, beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Schokobella until well incorporated.
