Attention: Everyone who loves cakes…Good news, now is your opportunity to learn the basics of cake making. Sonlie International invites you to join us in our seminar entitled Cake-o-Logy 101 Baking Seminar by Master Baker Rollie Dorado.

Learn How to Make:
Batter Type Cake–Creaming, Blending & w/ Emulsifier, Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies, Chiffon Cake, Jelly Roll, Sponge Cake, Brazo de Mercedez, Steamed Cake and Crepes.

Discussions and Lectures:
Ingredients and their functions, Specific Gravity, The Role of pH, Formula Balance, Machineries used, Baker’s Percentage and Basic Troubleshooting.
