Aluminum Perforated Tray
Demarle’s aluminum perforated trays are heat-treated pans that will not warp. It is used with Silpat / Silpain and Flexipan, and effective in minimizing baking time; thus saving gas. The perforated tray (tray filled with holes) is for even and faster heating of the baked goods, and thus saving on fuel consumption.
