NOVEMBER 26, 2016: The rainy weather did not stop all the participants from having fun while learning in “All About Chocolate”; a Pre-Christmas presentation organized by Sonlie International in partnership with Bensdorp. Headed by Mr. James Magos, a.k.a “Jimbo de Panadero”, the Sonlie Baking Center was filled with bakers of different generations who are eager to learn new things about baking.
The seminar took off in a different note as Jimbo de Panadero and Sonlie International planned and executed new seminar rules to make sure everyone is on the same page during the seminar, such as blank recipe sheets and freedom to ask questions anytime during the seminar.
